ISABEL | A SUNDAY IN BRUSSELS

Last Sunday we went for a walk in Brussels and had lunch with just the four of us. Things were pretty busy the last couple of weeks so we needed some family time. We walked around our favourite neighbourhood and ate at our fave place, Chicago Café where the kids can play while we, parents, got some time to talk about what has been going on lately. The kids wore their Bobo Choses clohtes we found at ORANGE MAYONNAISE, but Jeanne had a little accident when we arrived at the café. Thank you, sweet stranger, who offered us a diaper so the girl wouldn’t have to walk around in her naked bum for the rest of the day. Because yes, this mama did not bring a spare outfit, whoops.

Zondag was het tijd om wat tijd door te brengen met ons vier. De laatste weken was het zo druk en we hadden nood aan wat ‘quality time’. We gingen naar Brussels waar we wat wandelden in onze favoriete buurt en gingen lunchen in het Chicago Café. Perfecte plek om te eten met kinderen. Een grote speelhoek en verkleedkoffer houden de kindjes bezig, terwijl de ‘grote mensen’ rustig (nu ja, rustig is een groot woord, aangezien er uiteraard nog een heleboel andere kinderen waren) kunnen praten. 
De mini’s droegen hun nieuwe Bobo Choses outfit van bij ORANGE MAYONNAISE, al had Jeanne al snel een accidentje (beetje te enthousiast toen ze al het speelgoed zag). Danku lieve mensen die ons een pamper aanboden waardoor Jeanne toch niet de rest van de dag in haar blote billen moest rondlopen, want uiteraard had ik -wederom- geen reserve outfit meegebracht, whoops.

ISABEL | BOBO FEVER – ORANGE MAYONNAISE

Although Summer just started here in Belgium, we are so VERY thrilled with our first new AW 16/17 Bobo Choses outfit from ORANGE MAYONNAISE. Jeanne loves (and that is only and understatement) the skirt and I must say, I wish it came in women’s size as well.

Ook al lijkt de zomer nu pas echt zijn te begonnen, toch waren we super enthousiast over de eerste Bobo Choses outfit van bij ORANGE MAYONNAISE. Jeanne is gek (en dan overdrijf ik echt niet) van de rok en ik kan alleen maar hopen dat er ook een vrouwen versie gemaakt zal worden. ISABEL | BOBO CHOSES PART 3 | ORANGE MAYONNAISE

Like Katleen already said today, the Bobo Choses collection is based on expressionist art. One of the kids favorite things to do is paint. I managed to find a great easel with a little help from my friend Deborah from Les Filles Marion. Jules really loves it and feels like a real artist and Jeanne.. Well she just loves everything we love, ha!
The following outfits are from ORANGE MAYONNAISE. The kids thought it was the most fun shoot we ever did and I can’t blame them, we did have fun.

Zoals Katleen al zei in de vorige blogpost is de nieuwe Bobo Choses collectie gebaseerd op expressionistische kunst. Schilderen is 1 van de kinderen hun lievelingsactiviteiten. Onlangs vond ik met wat hulp van mijn vriendin Deborah, van Les Filles Marion, deze geweldige schildersezel. Jules is er helemaal gek van en voelt zich een echte kunstenaar nu en Jeanne, ja zij vindt alles wat wij geweldig vinden ook geweldig, ha! 
De volgende outfits vonden we bij ORANGE MAYONNAISE en de kinderen vonden het tot nu toe de leukste shoot die we ooit gedaan hebben, wat ik alleen maar kan beamen.

CAROLINE BOSMANS

As summer is surely coming to an end we tend to make the most of any dry weather. Last week the kids were up early. It was chilly, but we decided to take a walk in the park nearby. We put on our Caroline Bosmans gear and enjoyed the walk.

It is so fun that the Caroline Bosmans collection goes up to size 18 year. Perfect for mama’s who think their children’s wardrobe is better than theirs. Twinning never ever looked so good, ha! I found my Alfred skirt at Orange Mayonaise and my sweater and scarf at Stadtlandkind. Jeanne’s outfit and Jules pants are from Minimodel Gallery. The Bobo Choses triangle sweater from Monkey Mc Coy is a perfect fit with the knitted leggings.
