LEGGING VOOR MEISJES - MET EEN PRINTJE

De legging is al weer een tijdje hartstikke hot. Gelukkig maar, want het is eigenlijk een super praktisch en comfortabel kledingstuk. Reva draagt ze heel erg graag op allerlei momenten. Als we een relaxdagje thuis hebben vindt ze het heerijk om in een legging rond te banjeren. En natuurlijk voor onder een jurkje als het buiten nog iets te fris is voor blote beentjes. Leggings zijn er in alle kleuren van de regenboog, maar deze zomer gaan wij voor de vrolijke en gekke printjes. Te leuk zijn ze toch?

Hello from Berlin

Hello from Berlin! Long time, no blog - I know. Other things keep me so busy that I haven’t got time to blog actively anymore.

My older son turned 5 couple of weeks ago and got a new skateboard from his grandparents for his birthday. He has been training a lot lately and is pretty good now! The little brother who just learned to walk is quite jealous, but he has to wait a bit or have you heard about 16-months-old skateboarders? Me neither.

Boy wears coat by Ticket Outdoor, leggings by Soft Gallery (now on sale at Orange Mayonnaise), beanie by Mini Rodini and sneakers by Converse. His skateboard is by Globe.

Toddler boy is wearing parka and leggings by Mini Rodini, woolen hat by Lille Barn and sneakers by Veja.

Some photos from our trip up to the mountains this weekend. It is finally warm again and it is a relief to be able to throw off the jackets again. Spring is in full swing up in the ranges. The flowers are bursting out of their buds and the colour is amazing up there. We had to visit our favourite hike path to check out the incredible tall trees and big ferns. We said hello to the brown pig which has become somewhat of a tradition now. It is always nice to escape into nature to put things in perspective. The majestic trees that seem to go on and on, makes you feel small but in a good way.

The kookaburras were laughing high up in the trees and the kids were enjoying playing with sticks that of course turned into pirate swords in no time. I always marvel at the fantastic details nature serves up every time you talk a walk in it. The tiny seed pods, the delicate leaves of the ferns, the amazing fresh air! We rounded off the day with a late lunch at the Black Kettle and a quick peek at the wonderful plant nursery that they have up there in the Dandenong Ranges.
