HOW TO DISAPEAR
7 juli 2016. Een stralende dag. De zomervakantie start binnenkort en Bobo Choses lanceert de eerste drop van de wintercollectie. En dat vinden wij helemaal niet erg. Nee, we worden er blij van. Super blij en verheugd.
Al weken branden de foto’s van de AW16/17 collectie in mijn mailbox. Maar in tegenstelling tot eerdere seizoenen mochten de beelden nog niet vrijgegeven worden. Als je het mij vraagt, een goede ontwikkeling. Dus vandaag zowel de eerste beelden van de “How To Disapear” collectie en direct de 1stdrop in de shops.
En de collectie is geweldig en bevat heel wat topstukken die hier zo de kast in mogen hoppen. Na een zomercollectie met een overdosis kleur, waar we volgens mij allemaal even aan moesten wennen, ben ik blij dat dit seizoen weer gekozen is voor diepe en vale kleuren. Natuurlijk weer met de ruime snit en de overall prints a la Bobo Choses.
Voor de fans, nog meer info over de collectie…..en daarna hup de shops in…gaan wij ook doen!

Bobo Choses is glad to present How to Disappear, our new Autumn Winter 2016/17 collection. Inspired by the world of magic, the collection pays tribute to the children’s sense of wonder towards the extraordinary. We care about the impact we have on the environment. For this reason, a significant part of our knitted fabrics have been made of organic cotton made in India. This is a process in which no pesticides are used and water wastage is controlled, as the soil becomes more fertile and retains water better. This collection we are also using new biodegradable plastic bags which degrade in three years.
This season we created three different capsule collections : Juanola, Jumping Rabbits and Hypnotized Fur. The Jumping Rabbits collection, sweatshirts and dresses made of a padded jacquard fabric with jumping bunnies artwork. Both of these fabrics were especially developed by Bobo Choses’ design team.
The Juanola collection, a Bambula double fabric embroidered with small diamond shapes. It comes as a blouse, trousers, overall, T-shape dress and foulard, all of them with BC initials embroidered in gold thread.h
The Hypnotized Fur is a collection of coats and jackets with original hypnotizing stripes artwork in furry and cozy fabric.
Remember, anything can be possible with only so much as a little bit of magic powders while shouting ABRACADABRA!
