Kidscase at KindermodeBLOG

In de tijd dat ik nog in een kinderkleding winkel werkte heb ik mijn hart aan Kidscase verloren. Dit merk is minimalistisch, maar zó mooi! Het uitpakken van de Kidscase collectie was altijd een feestje. De zachte stoffen, het bespeuren van de kleine maar bijzondere details en het trendy kleurgebruik. Ik heb al vaker gezegd, wie eenmaal een Kids-keesje- heeft geproefd, is verkocht! Dit merk is niet goedkoop, maar wel origineel, bijzonder en heeft een prachtige pasvorm. Voor mijn kleine babyboy ligt er ook al Kidscase in de kast en hoewel er vrijwel niets wordt doorgeschoven van zus naar broer heb ik wel een Kidscase skipak voor hem klaarliggen. De jassen en winterpakken van Kidscase zijn berucht en vind ik echt aanraders! De gebreide items maken me ook altijd erg hebberig. Genoeg gezegd! Ga snel kijken en oordeel zelf…

2nd drop Mini Rodini

AW13/14 2nd drop Mini Rodini

Het is inmiddels wel bekend, als je kidsroomzuid volgt, dat Mini Rodini een van onze favorieten is en dat lieten we al uitgebreid merken in onze blogpost AW13.  En schreven we al over de prints van de hand van de Zweedse illustrator en tevens oprichter Cassandra Rhodin, waarbij ze zich dit keer heeft laten inspireren door winter resorts, inclusief juwelen, paarden en pinguïns. Een ode aan de Mini Rodini AW13 collectie die de naam  draagt "Aspen Chamonix C'mon Let's go ski".

Goed nieuws, want de second drop is in de shops beland. En zien we een keur aan winterjassen binnenkomen, vaak met een print en heerlijke (nep)bontkragen. Was het in de eerste drop met name de Pinguïn-print die eruit sprong nu zien we de paardenprints en de vossenprints veelvuldig. Ze staan stoer op de truien maar ook op die heerlijke joggingbroeken. En we hebben ook al een leuk babypakje gespot met vossenprint. De mutsen van Mini Rodini zijn weer te leuk en ook het hartjesmotief, dat we nog kennen uit de SS13 collectie komt weer op een nieuwe manier verwerkt terug. Veel moois weer in de second drop......

a Sophisticated winter by KIDSCASE

DE VERFIJNDE WINTERCOLLECTIE VAN KIDSCASE

Ondanks dat deze week de 30 graden nog werd aangetikt, zijn de wintercollecties inmiddels uitgeleverd. De sale is de deur uit en de warme winter kleuren komen ons tegemoet in de winkels. Zo ligt ook de wintercollectie van het Nederlandse merk Kidscase inmiddels in de shops.
Een prachtig verfijnde collectie waar de warmte vanaf spat. Je vind veel simpele tijdloze stukken in de collectie terug, maar ook door mode geïnspireerde items. Ergens altijd een tikkeltje retro. Kenmerkend zijn toch wel de breisels en gewatteerde jassen. Kidscase is er voor jongens en meiden van 0 t/m 10 jaar, onderverdeeld in newborn (0 tot 6 maanden), babies (0 tot 2 jaar) & children (2 tot 10 jaar).

Despite this week’s 30 degrees, the winter collections already been delivered. Sale is out the door and the warm winter colors come to meet us in the shops. Also the new winter collection of the Dutch brand Kidscase is now in stores.
A beautifully refined collection. You will find many simple timeless pieces in the collection, but also items inspired by fashion. Somewhere always a bit retro. Characteristic are surely the knits and quilted jackets. Kidscase is for boys and girls from 0 to 10 yo, divided into newborn (0 to 6 months), babies (0 to 2 y) and children (2 to 10 y).

Ihana Mini - Kidscase post

Lemppareita Kidscase aw13 mallistosta

Eri merkkien syys-talvimallistoja tulee myyntiin tasaiseen tahtiin. Yksi menneellä viikolla julkaistuista merkeistä oli Kidscase. Pienempi merkki jäi ehkä hieman blogeissa riehuvan Mini Rodini -manian jalkoihin, siksi tasapuolisuuden vuoksi muutama minua miellyttävä poiminta Kidscasen aw13 mallistosta. 

Mallisto ei tarjonnut mielestäni mitään mullistavaa, mutta miellän muutenkin merkin vaatteet perusvaatteiksi, joissa hinta-laatusuhde on kohdillaan. Kuvassa olevia neulosleggareita L käytti viime talvena ja tykkäsin niistä kovasti. Niinpä tilasin ne nyt seuraavassa koossa ja parissa uudessa värissä. Nuo ovat malliltaan sellaiset sukkahousunomaiset (jos tiedätte, mitä tarkoitan?) ja käyvät erinomaisesti mekkojen ja tunikoiden alle. Napakkuutensa takia ne pysyvät käytössä hyvin kuosissaan ja niiden päälle on helppo vetäistä vaikkapa villaleggarit ulos lähtiessä.

There is plenty of furniture in teak, smoke colored vases and brown shimmering ceramics. All mixed with modern and more urban furniture picked with a style secure hand. The style factor is high in this home and that should come as no surprise since Siv Tone is the founder and designer of the cool kids label Finger In The Nose."

There is a interview with the couple in the latest Swedish mama magazine (unfortunately only in swedish but Google translate works well). I love how they mix old and new in one wonderful looking home (where apparently the kids got a whole floor to themselves!).

Brand Watch | Mini & Maximus FW13

Californian label Mini & Maximus is almost out with another exciting FW13 collection. This one entitled "LOS BANDITOS" is packed with mischievous wear for the little bandits in our lives.  There are some more cool graphics and art ready to be worn, and a few good messages like "don't grow up' and 'no bullying' as well. Happy to announce that my girl M has drawn another little addition to the collection, the sneaky M, which is featured on a sweatshirt and a few dresses. It is always fun to see how the drawings comes out on the finished garment, and we are very excited for this one! The colours keys for this collection are olive green, burnt red, deep teal, khaki and a splash of pink.

The Los Banditos collection will be out in a couple of weeks time, and will be available in stores like Orange Mayonnaise and of course in Mima's own webshop.
