Brillen…. er zijn zoveel leuke voor kids!
Hier 3 hele verschillende brilmonturen, waar je alle kanten mee op kunt. Voor welke look ga jij?

Tip: als een bril een bepaalde look heeft ga dan eens voor een outfit in de tegenovergestelde stijl. Dus klassieke bril met stoere outfit of gekleurde bril met een outfit in gedempte tinten. To create some extra sparkle!

#1 Miss Pale Pink
Op het eerste gezicht een hele brave bril, maar in de mix met stoere jeans & een grafische print helemaal cool.

Bril met subtiele Winnie the Pooh print (Disney by Specsavers); blouse (Bengh); tuinbroek (Zara); ballerina’s (Zara).

#2 Miss Tiger
Pittig brilletje, klassiek afgestyled met een gebreid vest en bloesje. Door het metallic rokje & gympjes geef je het een twist!

LOOK OF THE WEEK: ROCK BOY

Naast een winterjas voor school en sport vind ik het leuk dat mijn zoons ook nog een winterjas hebben die mijn modehart sneller laat kloppen. Een fijne wollen jas of een mooie parka, gewoon nét even anders. Niet alleen als luxe maar ook omdat de sporty, iedere dag naar school jas, na een weekje school ( als ik geluk heb) ook een wasbeurt nodig heeft.  Voor Thom hebben we de bijzondere, nét even andere winterjas, absoluut gevonden. Deze Zadig & Voltaire winterjas is eigenlijk zelfs alles in één. De parka met stoere badges tover je namelijk zo om tot een sporty warmgevoerd jack. Ik ben dol op de kinderkleding ( en damesmode !) van Zadig & Voltaire omdat het nog uniek is.  Zeker in Nederland. Zadig & Voltaire is een merk wat je moet zien en voelen om erachter te komen waarom ik er zo enthousiast over ben. Het gestreepte shirt dat Thom draagt is namelijk mooi dik, door de onafgewerkte boorden en stoere applicatie op de ellebogen is het wat mij betreft een fashion basic die iedere Rock boy is zijn kast zou moeten hebben. Easy te combineren met een mooie skinny denim of zoals Thom hem draagt met een baggy sweatpant. Echt waar, je moet zadig & Volaire echt eens ontdekken. De collectie rock’t aan alle kanten en is voor baby, jongens en meiden one to watch.

URBAN DIERENDAG FASHION: ANIMAL TREND

Vandaag staat in het teken van dierendag: kindermode items met gevaarlijke tijgers en lieve schattige konijnen in de hoofdrol. 

Uiteraard heb ik het dan niet over Nijntje, Gardfield en andere cartoonachtige figuren. Helemaal in de urban stijl heb ik dé items voor jullie geselecteerd waar grafisch artwork of dierenaccenten met een knipoog zijn gebruikt. Funny dierendetails, dat is de animal trend waar ik van houd!

TAKE A WALK!

Je t’aime Paris!

My love for this city never lessens. Never have I lived in a place that I find so beautiful, that I am completely satisfied with just walking around. I don’t mean sightseeing, not hopping into shops or museums, but just exploring and enjoying the wonderful sights and sounds is one of the best things you can do.

So should you ever travel to Paris the first thing you can write into your itinerary: take a walk!

Last Sunday Alexander and I walked around on the Champs Elysee with our friends since it was car free Sunday in Paris. It was fun to see all those happy people cycling, scooting, playing football and people were even sat in the middle of the road to have a picnic. Afterwards we decided to walk away from the crowd in the direction of Grand Palais and from there we walked along the Seine since it was such a beautiful day.
